Horizons Centre uses creative ways to influence positive change within the way persons with disabilities are seen.
Horizons Centre:
Facilitated presentations throughout the community highlighting the assets and contributions of individuals with disabilities.
Organized the annual Community Living Awareness Month Rally (C.L.A.M.)
Participated in the Addiction Awareness Rally.
Is a member of The Citizens for a Safe and Healthy Community (C.S.H.C.) Committee.
Individuals regularly volunteer and work in the community.
